Prices & Ordering
The price payable for the goods will be that quoted at the date of order. We must be in receipt of the entire cost of any goods before any order is accepted. It is upon us debiting a credit or debit card, or presentation of a cheque to the bank to the full value of the product ordered that a contract is entered into.

Security
We take our customer's privacy very seriously. Please note that we do not store any of our customer's card details and payments are processed by the secure third party Worldpay system. We advise customers not to fax or e-mail any payment details. Payments made over the telephone will be held in the strictest confidence and we will take all reasonable precautions to protect the privacy of your data. Delivery
The goods you order will be delivered to the delivery address you provide to us at the time of placing the order. We will endeavour to deliver the goods to you, the customer, on your preferred date, subject to availability. A valid signature by an adult of 18 years or over is required upon delivery. Once goods have been signed for, ownership of the goods then passes to you, the customer. We advise customers to thoroughly check all goods prior to signing for them and to retain all the original packaging for at least a week in case any return is involved. Please note that delivery dates or times do not form part of our contract.

As stated in our website, we do not charge for initial deliveries but, there is a cost to us associated with this process and as such, should you, the customer, not be available on the agreed delivery date, you will be liable for the costs associated with any additional delivery attempt(s).

Free delivery is to UK mainland addresses. We are happy to quote you the delivery charge applicable on request for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Orkney, the Inner and Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Islands.

Cancellation:

Pre-Delivery
Should you, the customer, wish to cancel an order prior to it being dispatched (generally 10 working days before the given delivery date) you will incur a cancellation fee of £50 including VAT to cover administration costs.

Post-Delivery
Should you, the customer, wish to cancel post dispatch from the factory, you will incur a fee of up to 25% of the value of the order. Whilst we strive to reduce any additional costs to our customers, we reserve the right to apply the charges as outlined above as these fees are reflective of costs that our supplier charges for handling returns.

Returns
You have a right to cancel in writing within 7 days of delivery, provided that the goods are in their original packaging and have not been installed or used and unwanted items may be returned but, at your own cost and risk. A return at this stage will consequently incur a fee of up to 25% of the value of the goods in addition to any further collection costs. Within 21 days of notifying us of a return, you will be advised of a collection date and further to this you will be refunded within 30 days. You have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods prior to collection. Should you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to recover the costs of a return.
