Can you arrange for installation of my new cooker/side-by-side Fridge Freezer?
Yes, for an additional cost we can arrange for a Falcon engineer to connect subject to you having all the required services (gas and/or electrics) in place prior to delivery. A checklist will be sent direct from Falcon to give you advance notice of what is required.

What guarantees are there on Falcon appliances?
All Falcon appliances come with manufacturer guarantees which are detailed on our website beside the specific appliance. Please refer to guarantees for concise details.

Are out of warranty or spare parts available for my Falcon appliance?
Yes, once you are a Falcon owner, Falcon offers a repair service and there is a Falcon approved list of stockists of replacement parts.
